Hello,

Im using the old horizon box and am missing some TV channels (esp the UK ones) and reception for others is sometimes cut. Apparently I need to change and upgrade the box, but telephone Customer Service is terrible and keeps trying to upsell me a more expensive service! Is there a simple way to request a new box?

  • Thank you, I got a call and was told to go to the Naxoo shop, where they exchanged my box and put me on a cheaper tariff. All done in 5 mins

    A nice contrast from telephone support which was completely clueless and dishonest.
