ysl Please try a modem reset. Press gently with a pointed object the reset button on the back for at least 25 seconds.

Does it work after that?

Hi @Daniele_Sunrise I would like to configure the port forwarding but my configuration is IPv6. Can you switch my modem to IPv4 please ?

Well thank heavens I’ve found this thread! I thought I was going mad… couldn’t see all the modem options everyone seemed to talk about and couldn’t find the UPnP anywhere… Is this something that can be added quite easily?

We have made the changeover, which will be completed in 30 minutes after you have switched on the modem. Restart your modem afterwards. If you have problems, reset your modem. Press the reset button on the back of the modem with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds.

Hi Daniele, same here, could you change my modem to ipV4? I have downloaded your pdf explaining port forwarding and cannot see the “Modem Mode” in the menu between “Connected devices” and “Advanced settings”.
