Hello,

I watch UPC TV online with my Mac. Since yesterday I am unable to access the SRF Zwei channel. I click on the channel and it never loads. All other channels are availalble.

Any suggestions on how to fix?

@mnecaise1 , Thanks for the explanation. I was able to find the error. If non UPC TV customers log in, the SRF 2 channel will not work. I will report this to the responsible person and let you know as soon as we have fixed it.

I access UPC TV online on my Mac with MacOS Mojave version 10.14.5 using Google Chrome browser version 75.0.3770.100. Attached is a screen shot from SRF Zwei HD. The content never loads. All other channels are working properly.

I can’t understand the problem you described. This works with our test computers. If you still can’t do it, you can give us some information about your system, like MAC OS version, browser name and version?
