In the past few days our upc tv box has had some issues regarding EPG (TV guide). Meanwhile, the limitations were recognized and is currently being solved with a software update. The update of the remaining boxes is still in progress and will be completed in the course of the evening and night.

Meanwhile, most of the boxes have been updated. The EPG issues should therefore be resolved - please let us know if you still experience some issues.
If your box is not updated, we recommend the following workaround to fix the problem:
“Hard Reset / 2-button-reset”
- Press and hold PWR and CH- buttons simultaneously and wait until the “Welcome Screen” appears when switching on with the toggle switch.
- The current update will be loaded and installed.
- After completion, the EPG guide is available again.
