I have been UPC customer since last 3 years, i had comform package with thomson router and 100 mbps speed. This setup gave me perfect connection and good speed. Then in one of my calls UPC suggested to move to horizon to get more speed and thats where the problems started. I moved to horizon classic package with 125 mbps speed. With this i never got wifi in even next room. This went on for 2 months during which i separated my tv and internet/ phone to another modem. Even this did not fix the problem. In the end i decided to again upgrade to 500 mbps comfort package, what is called super trio. I received yet another horizon box, now with this new box i just had tv and no phone or internet. When i called i was informed the have not migrated my setup to horizon box and should be done in next 24 hrs. Today evening now all my setup is on horizon but i still dont have all the comfort package tv channels. The internet speed is even worst, normal safari browser is not opening in next room. This has been going on since last 3 months and am really frustrated with the way things are going.
Can somebody please tell me how do i get the service i am paying for ? I am paying maximum subscription still tv channels dont work, internet doesnt work and myupc page still shows i have classic package. How am i supposed to know whether its activated or not, i tried calling but no help.
If not please suggest a way to get out of contract with upc . Really not happy with the service.
