My modem is working fine. Wifi is working fine etc. etc… so, why am I seeing this message??

@Biggsp ,Your UPC TV Box is connected via WIFI 5GHz. The error will appear if the UPC TV Box is no longer connected to the Internet. This can be a sporadic interruption by the WIFI. Connect it via LAN or close your Connect Box to the UPC TV Box. Then the error disappears.
