Hi all,
I am having a problem with my Horizon device.
I am an Horizon Trio client since 5 years and i used to watch English and French channels via the device (eg BBC , ITV etc) however these have been lost since quite few months now (⅚ months at least). I tried to restart my device but nothing changed,tried to call the customer line but no one was picking up (waited for more than 20 mins),visited the local branch who gave me the customer service number as they couldnt resolve my issue on the spot…and so, following the advise of the website i restored\eset the factory settings on the device on my own.
Unfortunately my device shows a 1010 Verbindugnsproblem and doesnt connect any more and can not see any channels.
btw i have the 500Mbps line on my package.
Can you please help me on what i shall do next?Thanks
