Hi all

For the last few days, UPC has been suffering from temporary server issues.

Can anyone explain what these issues are and why they keep happening please?!

I asked at just before 1pm today what the temporary server issues are and why they are happening. It is now 18:30ish and no reply from any moderator etc.

As UPC customers, do we not deserve to know why we cannot receive the channels we are paying for?
