Hi there.

I’ve received the Giga Connect Box a few days ago (after upgrading from 300 Mbps to 1Gbps). WiFi coverage and overall speed is much worse than with the previous Connect Box. I’ve been trying everything with different devices, configurations, reset, reboot, last drivers for network cards, etc…

I’v seen that Bridge mode option is not available anymore so I won’t be able to use another router and leave the Connect Box as a modem.

Is there anything else I can do? If not, I’ll have to swtich back to the old Connect Box and downgrade again to 300 Mbps, which is a pity because I get almost 1Gbps speed by ethernet cable.

I’m using the Giga Connect Box in bridge mode roght now with another router and it’s working much better (WiFi range & speed).

And I got the same problem. The modem option is not there…

How can I change my box to bridge mode?

Your modem is already switched to IPv4.
