There is no support contact listed in switzerland for the windows store. The chat bot keeps directing me to a windows store support page where the bot said I can speak with a real person, but there is no real person to chat with there. The only link there leads back to the chat bot, and round and round and round!!!
I have been a constant Cablecom/UPC customer for 29 years. I pay my bills on time and I expect MUCH better assistance. The upc tv app is your product and you are responsible for it, as well as the customer’s satisfaction.
Instead of telling me to get lost, why don’t you actually put the time and effort in to solve this problem?
