I have been without internet for two weeks now. They disconnected the horizon box without notice. When I called I was told that’s because they are switching to a new giga box and asked me to wait for it. I didn’t get any and despite multiple calls - absolutely nothing. Frustrated I decided to cancel. When I called the cancellation number, for the first time I actually spoke to a helpful person who told me to pick up the box at the upc naxoo ship in Geneva. I went there the same day to pick it up. But at the shop I was told that I could not be given the box.
I called customer service from the shop and was told by an extremely rude customer service lady that she cannot help.
I am appalled by this experience and just want to cancel and get out of this crap. Two weeks of no internet, false promises and a console the waste of precious time.
My advice- do not subscribe to UPC.
