Dhepburn Hey Dhepburn, has this case been solved? I have similar case, five months ago I ordered an iPhone with downpayment of CHF 119. Two months waiting and still no iPhone so I cancelled the order and still today after 3 times talking with their staff on the phone (each call needs 30 minutes waiting on the line until someone talks to you!) I have not received the refund.
