Nick Jr, Nick, cannot change audio to english, only german

Hello,

until yesterday 5 dec 2019 in the morning i watched Nick Jr and Nick channels in englihs. in the afternoon, only german audio is avaialble. What happened? how can i go back to english (the option is no longer avaiable, only german audio)
