I am trying to avoid your call center because it’s only making it worst every time.
I was contacted by the call center and I received an offer for activating the subscription unlimited europe on my phone and benefit a discount of 120chf on the next invoice.
the offer was really attacting and I sayed yes. Unfortunately I’m already a customer and the operator couldn’t give me the 120chf discount. I immediately sayd no, I don’t want it if I cannot benefit from the offer. It was the black friday week so I decided to sign and change to another operator. Everything was fine till I received an email from UPC telling me that the new subscription was active on my phone and of course the termination date for my contract extended for 1 year. It took me more than 1 week to explain the operators that I didn’t accepted the subscription and I wanted to go back to my original plan. It finally worked but now my UPC subscription is extened to 2 YEARS!!
I am not willing to pay UPC for 2 years for something I didn’t want when I clearly said No.
What should I do now? Contact a laywer or can anyone listen to the recorded conversation and reset the subscription end date to what it was before?
