Dear MR/MRS,
This is the second post about the unexpected charge on ‘phone plus’ in my bill. However I cannot find the previous post after the new community is online.
I got the first bill in begining of the June, with a service ‘phone plus’, which i did not subscribe. I have no idea what it is and I did not use it. In the last post, I was told it was a mistake, and they already helped me to cancel it. I was told that I still need to pay for the bill, but the extra charges will be refunded in July.
However, today I got a new bill, with no refund, but still with the ‘phone plus’ in it. Could you help me to check it?
