I want to connect a VPN router to the UPC Connect Box. In the past this has been plug and play - you connect the VPN router to the UPC Connect Box and after the initial start up it works fine. However this time I get no connection.

What do I need to do on the UPC Connect Box settings to make a connection to the VPN Router

@njk01 , Welcome to the community!
If you are using your own router, I recommend that you run your modem in bridge mode. Otherwise you have a double NAT in use, which causes problems. After you have changed your modem, you have to forward the UDP ports for VPN in the settings.
