Quite dissapointed with UPC, for the first time in 5 years using them.
We moved apartments from Zurich to PFaffikon. Gave the warning to UPC online 7 weeks in advance.
One day after the move took place, we tried to connect the internet and TV. Error message, no cable connection found. Called them, was told they had not performed the reconnection (ooops) but that they would do it right away (great!).
They called me within 3 hour to tell me the reconnection took place and to check again.
Ooops, no connection still. They told me, they will open a tecnical ticket for a technician to come and am told it may take up to 2 weeks for him/her to come.
Thumbs down, big big time 🙁
Only thing I would highlight is that Mr Schecker, from Administration, was most useful and friendly.
