When, on my mobile, I use open VPN over WiFi, it works OK. When I try to use it over cellular data network, it does not work at all.
I have recently switched from Salt and the very same settings on the same phone were OK.
(I have OnePlus7 Pro; have set up the APN connection manually - data connection itself works OK all the time).
Are there any restrictions in place for such usage, I would really require it for work. (VPN over cellular)? Or any additional settings perhaps? All I could find on this forum was internet-box related.
