Hi,

I have a Connect box.

When using my work computer (HP Elitebook) the WiFi connection drops spontanously every few seconds.

Strangely, I use the same connection for other devices (a Mac computer, a Samsung phone, an iPad, Chromecast, etc.) and I never have this issue on those.

Is there a known fix to this please?

@emiazz , Welcome to the community!

I see that your WIFI’s both have the same name. I recommend you to rename the 5GHz WIFI once and add a _5GHz at the end of the name. Then connect your laptop to the 2.4GHz. If it is not better, take your modem closer to the laptop or vice versa.
