Hi, recently the download speed and ping have been very poor. My computer is connected through ethernet and usually gets above 150 Mbps download. The upload speeds seem fine. As you can see on the photos below the ping was very bad, once it was 1000ms, and the speeds were horrible. We are paying for a 300Mbps plan. The same thing is happening on another computer connected through ethernet. I ran the diagnostic tool on the Connect Box router and it says there is something wrong with ethernet. It is not overheating and everything is plugged in correctly. Thanks for any advice!
