i dont know what happened, but when using the TV App (IPad/Computer etc) i cannot see all the programs and this has been a problem now for last 4-5days - before that it was okay, but now it is approx half of all programs where i am not able to connect/display. when clicking the bar for the program i want to see, it either remains unchanged or a message pops up that the system is unable to provide the requested program. And obviously it is all the TV-stations that i want to see like DMAX, Nitro etc etc - is it the usual bug from UPC just to keep their clients happy and alive ?? Anybody else having this problem as well ?? Any guid would be appreciated, thanks a lot

On the weekend we had a restriction via UPC TV App and Web regarding playing recordings and replay shows. The cause was found and fixed. From now on the service is available to you again without restrictions. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused.

just a little update, things aint being any better - on the contrary. When opening the app you have three options ’TV Schauen? - ‘TV Guid? - ’ Replay TV’.
So first option, click on the screen for the program you wonna look, it opens with a message that it will start shortly, it seems that UPC and I have different opinions on ‘shortly’ as it never opens….. Second option (which has been my preferred way of watching TV and using this app) does not even give you the choice of seeing it live or from the beginning any longer, it simply does say it is not possible to provide the program. Third option for replay, forget it just as bad as first and second option.
Why is UPC offering something which is completely useless and just another piece of crap that will get clients to look after other sources/providers with better software and able to provide something for which we are actually paying ?
