Hi All,

Our house is very old with thick walls and poor quality AC cabling. The main Connect box is in the living room, but the wifi signal doesn’t reach the other side of the house where the kids have a playroom.

I’ve already tried Devolo Powerline connectors but I am getting speeds around the 2 mbs which is not very useful for zattoo etc…

Would it be possible to order another UPC Connect box to use on the other side of the house (where there are co-ax sockets) and have this linked to the primary account? I don’t mind paying a little extra.

@sebringer , Welcome to the community!

A second Connect Box can only be activated with a second active and paying subscription. I recommend to pull a LAN cable and then install a switch or a WIFI access point.
