New connection maximum speed supported?

Hi all,

I am moving to a new house from 1st of April which supports UPC.

I checked on the website and it says supported and also the plug in the wall is the one with the 3 different sockets.

If I check in other providers I see that my new house has only copper and max 75mbps is supported.

How can I see what is the maximum speed supported by UPC?

The website does not show and when I call support there is no option to speak to English to someone.

Any assistance is highly appreciated.

@vkoukou , No, we do not have this possibility. Our technology is a mixture between fiber optics and copper wire. Therefore we do not have a limit of 75mbit.

Is there a way to see if the speed will actually be 1Gbit?

Because in other operators I see the available connection is Copper with a maximum speed of 75Mbit.

Basically 1Gbit/100mbit is available in the whole coverage area. In some partner networks there is a maximum of 600mbit/60mbit.
