We have the new setup box since a couple of weeks and the audio and video are not synchronized correctly. This is really disturbing when watching and I am a bit surprised and also dissapointed that a new (and more expensive) service does not manage to fulfill the same quality as we had before wiht the Horizon Box.
I would like to know firstly that this is a recognizsed issue.
And also when this this will be remedied.
