Connect box - 3,2 pin socket problem connection

Hello everyone,

I have got a little problem.

I rent an apartment in a house where they use Upc internet but wifi signal is too weak for me.

I decided to make a contract for a connect box, I received it but.. I realise that Swiss has got 2 and 3 pin sockets.

I have got a cable for both but.. only a cable for 2 pin socket match and it does not work, When I turn on connext box I can wait few hours and it will not activate as it should in 30 min.

The other cable which I should use for 3 pin socket does not match a socket pin.

I see this kind of socket for the first time and I dont know what to do..

@Skwarko , Please contact our technical support (0800 66 88 66) and tell them that your can is defective and needs to be replaced.

The part I marked red color cannot be removed. I unscrewed the socket and checked if it is possible but its not 🙁

I tried to use cable for 2 pin socket and it fits perfect but nothing happens.

I turn on connect box, light are blinking green and nothing, I can wait 2-3 hours and nothing.

I dont know if the socket is wrong or I can buy some adapter for the pin I marked red or it is possible to make it work with 2 pin cable.

@Skwarko ,Could you please check if the part you marked on the photo is a SAT connector or an adapter part that has not been removed completely? Can you remove something there?

What happens if you use the modem with the cable (blue/red stripe) and connect it to the right hole of your socket?

I have got cables for both sockets but they are just not good for the socket I have.

I should connect my cable internet via cable from connect box to the socket on the top ( I marked it on photo in attachements)

Problem is that the pin is different than normal and there is no cable that match it.

I also cannot order the right one 🙁

You can order the correct cables here. If you want to order faster, I recommend you visit one of our shops and get a cable on site.

Please plug an antenna cable directly from the socket to your TV. If you do a channel scan now, do you get channels? If not, the can may be sealed. Please contact our technical support.
