Hello,

My Connect Box arrived yesterday - I got it as part of the deal being advertised online.

I have set it up and tried to connect however I am experiencing the following issue with the box:

- Internet symbol flashing green

- Double arrows flashing green

- Bar below “connect box” text flashing green

When I go to connect to the internet it shows the network as available to connect however I cant load any pages when I connect etc.

The administration that runs the block of apartments I live in has confirmed that the connection for cablecom is open….

Hoping you can help and apologies if this has been answered! I couldn`t find a post about it.

I am following “option 1” in the instruction manual - I have plugged the box in according to the instructions - see below pictures. Still the issue with the blinking lights continues…

Regarding “option 2” in the instruction manual - I am not sure that is possible for me to do as I dont have a 3 hole conntection and the pin wont go in.

@PS2019 , can you please try to use the right hole and the corresponding cable? After this, please restart your Modem.

Please see below for my internet sockets - I have tried the connect box in both rooms and still the same issue.

Unfortunately I don`t have a TV so I cant verify the TV box.

Do you think it could be an issue with UPC cable connection ?

Hoping you can offer some advice??

Your modem is offline. Could you please answer some questions?
- do you have any photos of the installation of your modem / socket?
- If you connect your TV in the box directly, can you receive channels?
