Hi team,
From past few weeks I can notice that the service status shows ‘Partly available’ for Internet, and I notice frequent connection drops.
Specifically,
1. I work from home and my VPN connection drops multiple times a day for 3-4 seconds each time, which is enough to disconnect me from calls and presentations.
2. normal apps like WhatsApp etc. keep showing message like ‘checking for messages’ and people on the other end complaint that I am sitting with my internet turned off.
3. Frequent speed drop happens, usually around 5 PM.
I tried calling up the support number but it’s probably not in English. Also, the chat feature constantly shows a message that all staff is busy (which is understandable given the current situation). Could someone help me out with this issue? It really hampers my work.
