Hi,

We are having internet connection problem lately (Geneva 1209) for more than month. Internet connection drops frequently so that we have to Sign In each time when we watch Netflix. It’s very tiresome to sign in each time.

I have reached Netflix about it but found out that a culprit was UPC Cablecom: its internet connection is not stable and interruption causes to sign in to Netflix each time when we watch it. It’s tiresome and very much frustrating.

Kindly check my network and advise what to do.

@Jargalsaihan , Please try to connect one of your UPC TV boxes via LAN cable and then restart Netflix.

Dear Daniele,

There is no such wifi called 5GHz WIFI among networks. Unless UPC Cablecom puts this named network, it is not available for me.

@Jargalsaihan , Please try to connect one of your UPC TV boxes via LAN cable and then restart Netflix. If it works, try renaming your 5GHz WIFI to _5GHz and connect your UPC TV boxes via WIFI 2.4GHz.
