Invalid password error with the new giga connect box

Trying to log on to the admin screen via 192.168.0.1

i always get “invalid password” error with the “settings password” label under the giga box.

can anyone help? .. yes I tried like 10 times already, I am 110% sure I am typing the password correctly..

Have you tried to reset the modem? Please hit the reset button for at least 25 seconds and release it. After the modem is online again, try to use the correct credentials indicated under the device.
