adrianlondon One hour? They cut me off Thursday morning and I’ve had no internet, a TV box that only half works, and a completely dead landline since. Luckily, Wi-Free works.

adrianlondon I’ve been waiting since around 11am for my new giga box to get an IP address; nothing so far. I believe it’s a public holiday in some cantons, and I wonder whether the folks who do the new modem activations for UPC are based in one of those 🙂
gdjdtjm Dear Daniele, Thank you for the reply. I switched it to the bridge mode but the router can’t obtain an address, it’s a strange because the previous one works as expected. Could you please chek it? Cheers.

Daniele_Sunrise @xabu , Welcome to the Community! We have made the changeover, which will be completed in 30 minutes. Restart your modem afterwards. If you have problems, reset your modem. Press the reset button on the back of the modem with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds. Then try again. Greetings Daniele
