Hello

My internet was working perfectly yntil this afternoon, I tried to disconect and reconect cables, reset the modem but nothing works. There still the red wifi signal and green arrows.

Any idea about what the problem is and how to solved it?

Thanks for your answer. I don’t know which was the problem but it is solved now.

I am living in a rent appartment so I contact with my landlord and he will be in contact with the company to check in case any other problem happen (that I hope not 😀)
