Hello Team,
Not sure if this is the right place to ask but I just moved in to a new apartment and the wall socket looks different than the one I had at the old place.
It only has 2 connectors, one for TV and the other one I don’t know (it has a flat white plastic thingy inside) See photo.
I cannot connect the Connect Box with the cable I’ve got with the device.
Do I need a different cable or adapter?
