Tired of contacting the hotline for the 6th time now with the same poor customer service .. i’m reaching out to you hopping my case will be fixed for once. Ordered a mobile on the 9th April and still no phone and the hotline getting me crazy !😖😠
I’ve called 6 times and they have no clue what their are talking about and i’m not ready to call them anymore soon !!! the only answer is “be partient, we’re working in your case” so a MOBILE PHONE ORDER BECAME A CASE !!!!!!
The phone i’ve ordered has no availbility issue as confirmed by 1 UPC team member located in CH and he confirmed to me that i should be getting my phone in the next ⅔ days after my order and he doesn’t understand why this is taking so long….
So..to any UPC responsable there .. please fix this issue for once .. and by the way this is not the first time i’m experiencing the poor service from UPC hotline located in nearshore countries .
Don’t be surprised if people are leaving UPC for better service !!! doesn’t matter the price !!
