On Monday evening, between 6pm and 1:15 am, many UPC customers throughout Switzerland experienced a temporary broadband problem which led to multiple, brief disconnections before connectivity could be restored.
We carried out a configuration last night that prevents the problem from happening again. Our teams are now performing final reviews and analyses to verify the current solution. Some UPC customers may still be experiencing some minor impairments as a result of this disturbance, but we are working on fixing it as soon as possible. If you still have connectivity problems, please restart your modem.
We understand that such service interruptions are frustrating and we wish to formally apologise for the inconvenience caused.
