Cannot make any Phone call ** Urgent

Hi,

This is very important.
I have no connection. I cannot make or receive any calls in my phone.

I have just one number and now I feel helpless.

Since I cannot even call UPC helpline from my phone, I tried to connect the facebook page.
Someone raised a ticket for me for this problem, still this problem is not solved.

My number: +41784101818

Please help me, I need my phone for my daily work.

I tried as you mentioned, I see now I can make phone calls, with the new sim, that works.

But my phone number does not show: +41784101618 (this should be the correct number.)

It now shows a diferent one: +41784082716

Could you please check this.

@Saptarshi , Please turn off your mobile phone. Then insert the SIM card from UPC and switch your phone on again. Can you report if everything works?
