I hope someone can help me fix this asap, as always trying to get a rational response from customer service on the phone is close to impossible.
I have changed my service to Giga beginning of calendar year 2020 and received a new Giga modem - after couple of weeks I have realized that the device is faulty - making a lot of noise and it was burning hot ! I called the customer service - they have send me an other device and using their printed label I shipped back the faulty product.
Now, I have received an email from UPC stating that they havent received the giga modem - the one that was not working. I have shipped it from the post office in Plan les Ouates,1228. But they didnt give me any documents or may be I didnt keep it.
I dont want to pay for this 49 CHF - what am I going to do with a modem that was not working - why on earth should i keep it ?
I am a customer for 6 years and I want this to be fixed.
