Website issues during payment

Hello UPC,

I’ve got an issue with the website just now when trying to order a new Samsung phone. When I’m attempting to pay the one-off cost with my credit card, the website says that my payment was unsuccessful and that I should try again - BEFORE I get a prompt for making a payment.

In the screenshot you’ll see the error message which is displayed directly after I press the “Next step” button. Please advise on the issue and let me know once the order can be done.

Unfortunately, our website upc.ch was partially unavailable on Sunday morning (May 3rd, 2020). However, the problem could be solved on Sunday noon (May 3rd, 2020) - our website is fully functional again since then. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
