I’m reaching out to you one more time as the request i’ve made to transfer a phone number to UPC starting from 1st May is not activated yet. i’ve made the request a few weeks ago and i’ve sent 2 authorizations forms (power of attorney) to UPC via post office to proceed with the transfer from Sunrise. when calling your hotline today .. they told me that they have never received the authorization forms !!!!!!!!

Can you please help to fix this issue again !!!!! i was expeting the service with UPC to be activated the 1st of May .. ..

Hi Ahmet . I trust this message finds you well.
To let you know : I received the monthly bill and nothing has been credited to my account as promised !!! A bit disappointed and tired here 😔😠 !!! Can you please do the needful ASAP to credit CHF 40,60 to my account. I won’t pay for a service I never received. The service started on the 28th May only and UPC are charging me since 19th April !!!!

Yes. For sure. No doubts about that. It will be credited.

In order to get a better service and avoid misunderstandings, please make sure, that you don’t send your messages over multiple channels at the same time in future. This could mix up things and make them more complex to solve, because several people would check on the same issue.

We could handle it for now, because I was aware of your case.

So the 2 lines i have in my last bill :

1 - 01.05.20 - 30.05.20 : CHF 29.00

2- 19.04.20 - 30.04.20 : CHF 11.60

will be credited to my account after the porting ?

Tank you for your post. The porting date has been arranged. The Date has been sent to you by sms. The subscription fees will be credited, after the porting has been successful. As explained before, you can either pay and have credit on your account after. Or you have to wait until the porting has been done. Either way, we will credit the exact subscription fees from the day of the activation until the day of the porting of your number.

One more time, impossible to deal with your support services . unbelievable !!!!! never experienced this before with other companies !!!

I’ve got charged for the mobile number porting which is not transferred yet (planned to be activated on the 28th May only) and UPC charged me of this service from 19th of April !!!!! when I asked your support service to remove the amount you’ve charged form 19th April, they simply replied that they will not and I have to write a complain !!!!!!

Can you please re-work the last bill by removing the charges that are not activated for the temporary number assigned by your system 0784050412! Bill number : 184040876
