Dear support,

I learnt that to be able to forward ports on my UPC Connect Box, you need to switch it to IPv4. Could you please do that for me?

Many thanks! It worked, although I had to reset the router (rebooting was not enough).

We will be happy to connect IPv4 for you. However, we had to forward the order to our colleagues internally, because we have to cancel the termination first, before we connect the IPv4. Afterwards we enter the cancellation again.

We will contact you as soon as we have completed the order.

Tarentum We have just finished the conversion to IPv4 and have re-entered the cancellation. If you receive a letter, you can dispose of it.
