The response from the horizon box is slow to the point of unusable. Accessing any menu, viewing the TV guide, the response when pressing up/down arrow is many seconds delayed and then goes further then goes too far. This is extremely frustrating. Have tried resetting the box may times. A neighbour’s Swisscom TV box responds instantly, just as expected from technology today. Another problem is that a lot of the time the TV guide shows no programme info available across almost all channels. Also, have noticed recently that seasons are not recording even when set correctly initially. The horizon box just seems like a piece of junk when compared to other providers. Anyone have same issues and know of a fix…. apart from go to Swisscom?!
