Dear UPC,
I have received an email from UPC of my bill for May 2020, which is payable by 28.05.2020
However, I am still under contract with Salt and my number will be ported on 22.06.2020.
I should also state that my transfer was DELAYED BECAUSE UPC SWITZERLAND MISPLACED MY POWER OF ATTORNEY (POA) TWICE.
I had to call the customer care multiple times for follow-up, and wait in line for over 30 minutes every time before an agent (ENGLISH-SPEAKING) would listen to me.
I believe have been patient and understanding of this mess-up, mostly because of the current health situation we are all facing. But I can’t be patient anymore.
I request you to help me sort this out with urgency.
