Internet flashing green light - no internet

Since this morning I have a flashing green light on my internet connect box. Internet is not working. I called the support and have them creating a ticket. It seems to be a general issue. I am working from home and this issue is a blocker. Can you solve the problem?

@jayano , We have a technician on duty, who will fix the problem on site. He will be there today between 3:00 - 5:00 pm.

No. My moden is not working. Flashing green arraws but no internet as previously said by phone and written. Closing ticket for still open issue is pointless. My internet connection does not work.
I do not undersrand the sentence “The whole building is offline”. Do you know when the issue will be solved?

Since your modem was online again, the ticket was closed. Please contact our support again, so they can provide a technician. The whole building is offline.
