Due to an unfortunate financial situation (nothing to do with your service or support, both of which are excellent) I need to reduce some expenses. My monthly internet/TV bill is an easy one to focus on 🙂
Your offer for new customers is very good. After cancelling my current subscription (I’m past the minimim term - I’ve actually been with UPC for 10 years) and moving to another provider, how long do I need to wait before coming back as a new customer?
Hypothetically, could I come back in a year, a month, a week, a day? etc.
