This still isn’t working.
Last Thursday (i.e. six days ago) I received a new modem. My old one was cut off and the new one not activated. Instead of activating it, the solution was to send me another new modem. After waiting a few days for that to arrive, it also won’t activate.
I have no internet, no landline, and a TV box that laughs at me when I try to use replay, watch a recording, or even watch certain channels.
Wi-Free is keeping me sane, but 6 days to activcate a modem?
