Dear Sir / Madam, This morning I tried to purchase one of your products. After entering my details it shows the red message. But I do not understand what the problem is. Also I have a B permit. Could you please let me know how to correct this? I have attached my ID for your reference.

Please contact our customer service by phone for clarification on the ID status. On the ID card it says Permit B, but further down it says Refugee Status, which in turn corresponds to Permit F.
