Whatsapp calls over wifi constantly interrupted

Dear Team,

We have recently purchased UPC Giga connection (using Connect Box).

We have observed that whenever we make a WhatsApp call (via WiFI), the connection shows “Reconnecting” after a few seconds and it really make hard for us to use the connect box.

When we make WhatsApp call on mobile data, we never experience such issue.

Please note that we do have two networks (2.4GHz/5GHz) with names UPCxxxx and UPCxxxx_5GHz and both these connections are usng IP4.

@Bandana , Welcome to the community!

As a test we have changed your connection to IPv4. The conversion will be completed in 30 minutes. Restart your modem afterwards. If you have problems, reset your modem. Press the reset button on the back of the modem with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds.

Then try again.
