Dear team,

I received a new invoice with a service I never subscribed for.

Service - Digital television/Golf+

I simply don’t use UPC TV and only received a new TV Box in July which I activated and did not really use it for more than _30min.

I please ask you to exclude it from the invoice and my subscription.

@GeorgyVS , We have cancelled the Golf + option with retroactive effect and credited you with CHF 21.29 for the fees charged from 19.07.2020 - 31.08.2020.

Hi Daniele,

What we can do is disable the Golf+ package and give you a full refund.

This is what I need exactly.

@GeorgyVS , The Happy Home 100 product has the UPC TV Box integrated.

This was confirmed by email to you on 13/07/2010 12:51:58: “The new UPC TV Box will be sent tomorrow. As soon as you install the new box (or seven days after you receive it) Happy Home 100 will be activated.”

What we can do is disable the Golf+ package and give you a full refund. If you do not agree with the product you have purchased, please contact our customer service.

I’m sorry, it does not answer my question.

I was in contact with Customer service, they made adjustments (I believe so) and sent a new TV Box.

The problem now is with the invoice, which is incorrect.

In case it’s still with Customer service, could you pass my request to them, please?

You are using the Happy Home 100 product. According to your wish you want the Connect 100 product. You can only have this adjusted via customer service if the minimum contract period has been reached. Please contact our customer service for processing your request.
