AdvancedSettings->Firewall link clicked, connection to router lost
Router is lost and all lights show red
Router rebooted via hard reset
Since crash Diagnostics Tool on Home page shows failure [See screenshot] but internet connection is available although shows intermitent package/connection loss [PING -t]
Help desk was not very helpfull, just stated “I see no problem”
Speed test also showed intermitent losses
