No Internet connection since 20min ago

I am facing an issue with the internect connection for the last 1 hours.

It started with not able to visit some pages due to DNS issue and now I can not access any page.

Curently I have logged in using my mobile Internet Hotspot.

Please have a look and update

Looks like everything is back online, at least for now

Only selected sites where working like google, youtube and some random i tried but the majority were giving Timeout.

Looks like was DNS issue

Anyway, back to business

similar here, some cached sites kept working, but now nothing works at all

UPC service status says all green no disruptions - pointless stuff

If someone from the support saw this message please respond.

I called to the provided call center number and i was waiting over an hour on the line.

To sum up the issue, it looks like there is a DNS issue with your servers.

Only https://community.sunrise.ch/ is woking not even upc.ch.

I checked form 3 diferent devices.

Please advice

I just noticed that I can access only upc domain.

All other return error:

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
