The same issue as few days ago. Some sites are workign (youtuve, google) and other no.

As you already know many people now are working from home and access to the internet is not just for entertainment.

This is TOTALLY unacceptable for a comapny like UPC

Please fix your issue permantely

I did a factory reset since in the info windows the Gateway was missing (Probably from switching to IPV6)

Now IPV4 info and Gateway are correct.

I can not perform any Test from the router.

All return BAD Address. Please check if there are DNS issues

I talked with the support and they told me they changed something.

Now I have NOaccess to any site.

I requested them also to change me to IPV4

I do the checks from 3 different Laptops. On the router everything looks fine but No Access.

Please find a solution because I need it to WORK
